Donation Request Form

Classic City Catering donates thousands of dollars each year in products and services. We would like to know what your group realized as a result of our efforts. If we've donated an auction item, we'd like to know what it sold for. If we've catered the event, either in total or in conjunction with other groups, we'd like to know how much money was raised. Our representative will call you after the event for this information.
