Catering Cost
Glass plates, flatware, white cloth napkins, serving trays & pieces are provided at no additional charge.
Deposit : Initial Consultation and proposal courtesy of Classic City Catering. We require a deposit of $250 to hold date before revisions and sight plans are finalized.
Food : Priced per person and includes all you can eat on buffets. A Minimum Expenditure Of $500.00 For Food Is Required On All Full Service Catering Orders.
Service : Billed at $16.50 per hour per waiter. Estimate is based on menu, number of guests; time allotted for setup, service of the party, clean up, and travel time to and from party location. A minimum of one supervisor is scheduled per event. Supervisors are billed at $30.00 per hour. Supervisors oversee setup and initial service.
Tax : is charged on total bill. Tax rate charged is the rate of the county the event takes place in.
Event Support and Damage Waiver: Charged at 5% of all food, beverages and rentals. Excluded is travel and labor. This fee covers the cost of breakage, loss, repair and maintenance of the equipment needed to produce an event.
